OVERVIEW

Brennan Asset Management, LLC (BAM) is a Registered Investment Advisory firm based in Napa, CA and was founded by Patrick Brennan in January, 2015.   BAM utilizes a value investing strategy, estimating the value of an entire company and then purchasing at a discount to this appraised value.

BAM manages concentrated portfolios of 12-20 equity names after performing extensive bottom-up research.  BAM typically invests with a 3-5 year horizon but will often hold names for longer periods of times.  BAM will hold cash if it cannot find attractive opportunities. Brennan has invested the vast bulk of his liquid net worth in the same names as his BAM clients.
